Die already month end coming... First time do closing... Haven key finish everything... 3 more days... I scare later have to camp in office... All cos i was trying to do bank reconciliation for 4 days... GST for 4 days then packing here and there and other small stuff... Now i am left with 3 days...

After about 2 weeks plus in my office... I find some people vv scary... In front of people is smiling and nice at the back dun know what she will say... The person i am saying is my office recept this lady have been in our office for 7 years... In front of me, she smile smile then like vv nice lady... I so dumb after 2 incident then i realise the person she is... My manager say she used to bully lynette who was the gal who did my job before but my manager found out and scolded her...

First incident was she email me to ask me to write a cheque but she never gave me the full name so i gave her the name she wrote... She tell me not right when i gave her so i told her i will change the name she say ok... In the end, the next morning she call my manager say i write the name wrongly... She herself gave me the short form of the name expect me newcomer to know the name...

Incident 2: We usually need charge code then can write cheque... She gave me this invoice no charge code... I call her for it then she tell me she will go find... So i tell her u give me the code i give u the cheque... Then she change say want to talk to my manager so i ask her to call her... Lucky i fast i tell my manager about the no charge code... Know what she tell my boss... She say dun want to pay ask the person to bring back the things cos its courier... My manager so angry... After she put down the phone tell me what she say... Then my manager found the charge code for me then i issue the cheque bring go to the recept she say ai yo only my manager know the charge code and smile i was like try to smile...

Its the weekend again... Saturday was spend doing household stuff... Like i brought my baby for grooming... Waiting for people to come get my dresser mirror fixed cos the mirror glue came off and it drop down althought nothing is broken... Do the housework and laze around watching vcds... I bought 2 cute toy for putting handphone... One for me another for mummy... I got a dog and got her a sheep... Opps... Now can guess how old she is already...

Sunday, I went vivocity... Treated my mum to Mache and Godiva chocolate drink... Now there is 3 new flavours and one of it is my favourite favour mint chocolate... I think its best to have a godiva chocolate drink on a weekday afternoon at vivocity while shopping around the shops... That was what i did the first time i had that drink... Eventually, i bought a pair of shoes and a pair of earrings...

I am crazy... I am actually looking forward to monday... Cos i get to learn new things... I got to learn most of the stuff by dec cos then my manager is gonna go on leave... Then i got noone to ask... She is like a doctor cos in our room in front of her got 2 chairs then people always come and sit in front of her like see doctor... Then what happen if she not around then people have questions and come to me the dumb nurse and i dun know... So i better learn more things from her before she go on holiday... She is such a lucky woman... Got loving hubby and 2 children... She says 20 years, she and her hubby never quarrel before... I wonder how they maintain... She tell me cos her hubby always tell her things got to see different ways... Vv reasonable man...

We were on the topic that i told her people have to 自足... Happy is the most important... I think that if people keep chasing for more money n all then work no day n night in the end the money is used to treat all their illness is of no point... I was telling her i feel that as long as i have enough to go holidays and save and spend its enough... So coincidence, she tell me her hubby also tell her the same thing... I got things to tell her like how Julian was shouting at the train people on friday so that he can get into the train... I was telling her by monday i won't even remember his name what more the face cos thursday this guy called Johnathan come and ask something now i can't remember his face only the name... But now i can tell her i can remember Julian... HaHaHa...

Getting lazy on the posting... Must be be thinking new job = busy... Actually, its all still managable... My accounting manager is giving me time to figure the things out... After all i been there for a week only... I dun mind staying at office till 6 plus now cos its vv nice... Eating n eating has become a habit... Before lunch eat snacks after lunch also snacking haha... Our recept there got a weighting machine... I went to weight myself... I tell my accounting manager finally i lost a bit of weight but soon i guess i will be complaining about the weight gain hehe...

My office people are quite conservative... Yesterday, my accounting manager went out to the reception area... She saw that the temp receptionist was wearing shorts... She say the gal like never wear pants haha... She say that gal dun know how to carry herself n cannot wear too short to office or will have nickname called ah lian... My recept today say that althought i am older then the temp gal she looks more mature then me... She say i got the baby baby look like the gal next door...

Friday, my colleague help me to get my picture taken for some face book thingy... Then the colleague that was handing over her stuff to me say my pic and say u look the same as the picture... Am i suppose to look different??? Its my pic... I saw her card and found that she look different from her pic... In person, she is so much prettier... She looks so mature in pictures... Almost a different person...

1st -3rd Day...Food...

1st day, there i found out that our lunch is provided mean less expediture... My friend still tell me suntec there lunch will be expensive... Save on lunch now... My new pantry is like a restaurant... People there are all spoilt... N now i am also one of them...

No need to wash anything... Just leave there and auntie will put into the dishwasher... We have cappucino machine, different choices of soft drinks, packet drinks, yogurt, biscuits, fruits, tibits and noodles... After lunch, tea break is also provided n its not cheap stuff... People there will grow sideways... I've been helping myself to yogurt in the pantry... N its my fave brand ski and best of all its my favourite favour too... Mango... How can i not resisting having yogurt... Hehe... My accounting manager will bring us fruits every day from the pantry... Soon i will be 白白胖胖 n will be reporting myself to siti our recept to get my weight weighted cos she has a weighting machine... Hehe...

I tried to learn whatever she teach me... I hope i can do all her stuff on monday...

Lili had her baby on thursday... Knowing that i won't be free on fri n sat i went to see her after work... Rosy rosy cheek... 3.6 kg i think if i never remember wrongly...

Ai yo, friday i got to know my eye candy for 3 days is gonna go back home sweet home to his country... On a 3 am flight what a weird timing... Sobs Sobs... I heard he is on training here and have to go back to school to finish his course... Hope he will come back to our office after he finish his course... Hehe...

Dewi's last day on friday nite, i was half hr late to have dinner with them... Eileen also came... We have jap buffet at odean towers... I still prefer revenue house... hehe...

Saturday, I had dim sum with my uni friends @ carlton... After that we went to KTV beside shaw house... My and XY's bubble tea made us wait for about 2 hrs cos the pearls are not ready... Then its shopping till 10 pm... I was a good gal... I only bought a top for $13 but i have a problem with the top i have no idea what i gonna wear on my bottom half of it... But whatever its on sale... hehe...

Not too good... Now i am missing a carlo rino bag that i took a liking few months ago... Since i dun really have a stable income and will be going on taipei trip then i never get it... Now i want to find that bag but i can't seems to see it... I took a liking to a dress from IS n skirt from Pink industrie... My eyes did a lot of shopping but no buys cos they are not of right size... I also saw an anklet on Moshi Moshi I think that's the shop name i can't remember... But i haven decide to get it yet...

Am i dreaming???

I think i am stuck to accounting line... I should look into furnishing myself with degree in accounting or masters in commerce maybe in 2008... I still think i am so dreaming even i have my appointment letter already... Why? Cos usually i dun have much luck in looking for jobs...

This job came knocking last friday... It was a last minute thing... I was at an interview when i got a few miss calls... Cos they left me waiting in the room i decided to return the calls... I am so glad that i returned my miss calls that day cos sometimes i think they will call back... I was asked to go interview at 4 plus @ cityhall n i was at toa payoh... But the timing clashes with another interview... I told the gal i will try to make it before the firstly stated interview... But in the end, i forgo the firstly stated one as it was a temp position and went for this one instead... I am so glad i made the decision fast... My interviewer have a number of similarity with me... Like we were both of the same dialect group...

Its 5 days 9-6 pm location near city hall... All in my citeria of looking for a job... Haha... I must try to stay there long long... Best of all its a MNC also... N last but not least its paying me more then my expected... So now ur know why i say i think i am dreaming... After the first interview, i met my mum we had dinner at crystal jade... We walk pass godiva n i said if i get lucky on the job i will treat her to godiva chocolate drink... Now she is waiting to claim her drink hehehe... N since its paying me more then expected she got increment n I plan to give daddy some this time too...

My interviewer told me that she will get back on monday... Everytime monday will change n i keep my fingers cross cross that they will call... Finally, the call came n i am in for 2nd interview... I was suppose to go to the firstly stated interview on friday on monday cos i called to change but in the end i can't find my way there and told the gal its ok since i got called for 2nd interview... After the 2nd interview, i got to know that its a 20% chance cos he told me there were 5 people he interviewed... Die liao sure dun get... I so blur never even ask how much they paying me... So i called my consultant and she say she also dun know... In the end less then 1/2 hr after i called her she called me... Actually, i was thinking i might have chance since they actually asked for my handphone number... But i dun want to get my hopes up... In the end, i got it n i can't sleep last night... Vv silly of me...

Tml i am reporting to work at new office... I hope everything turns out well and i can learn as much as possible from the assistant before she leaves this friday... I came back in the afternoon and kept myself busy doing all the housework so that the house is neat n tidy and cook dinner before i go to work tomorrow...

PoLiShInG cOoKiNg SkIlLs...

Firstly, lets see a pic of my new creation... Cheese chicken stick... I was thinking to make cheese chicken STEAK but it became STICK... Hehehe... Cos i decided that it takes way too long to cook the chicken in a piece so i decided on stick... My stick put in more hard work then the original steak idea ok... I have to marinade n fry the chicken and string them together... My poor fingers...



Other then that tonight dinner have cucumber and toufu soup... I think also one of my new try outs hahaha... Why cos i bought this cucumber few days ago and didn't cook it so i end up with a cucumber which i don't know what i want to cook with then i decided to clear it with soup... Hehe... Main dinner is fried udon...

Yesterday dishes... Soup is raddish, carrot and tomatoes soup... My bro's fav... He tell his gf next time cook for him... That gal cannot cook ask him to cook for her instead... He say never mind my door is always open... I say next time my house put a sign board Do not disturb... Hahaha... Dishes are cheese broccoli and cauliflower, steam fish and fried rice... They are all simple stuff... I told the gal can be made easily... It took me less then 1/2 hr to cook if u dun count the cooking of rice n the soup cos they need to be cook earlier and multi tasking... Hahaha...

My dad haven come for few days... He is missing all my good soups... I enjoy polishing my skills every once in a while... The last time i did it was last year during my b-dae the week cos i was on leave... I can't remember if i cooked during the last time i had break in aug...

Friday... I went to have Sakae Sushi with XY for lunch... Nice nice Hana Maki and Teriyaki chicken pizza... After that, i took a bus 190 to go to woodlands... Wow that bus is super long... Took me an hr plus to get to woodlands... Spend the afternoon being shop keeper... I tried my hands on the piano but i guess i am just not really good with it... I can't remember any of the notes... So i change target and try to play guitar... I learn to play the guitar efgabcd... Someone still say i won't be able to pick it up fast... Hehe...

After that we went orchid country club to play bowling... I never play cos i dun know... Vv pai seh if i throw in the drain... Hehehe... Got this guy in our group his scores wow... Nearly either strike or spare... Impressive but his wife's record isn't that impressive... After that haha clumsy me never walk properly hurt my foot again... Now i can sit at home and think properly my career goal... Used to have one but its unrealistic... So now dun have... I need a new one...

Sunday, went to visit my grand uncle cos he got cancer but he is recovering already... Lucky him...

Monday, i went for an interview but the company too small i dun think i will want... After that i head home to pratise my cooking skills... I cooked ABC soup, vegetables, chicken and egg with beancurb... Today is chinese dinner... 2 days have pass and i am getting no where with my career goal... Why can't i think of one??? But anyway current crisis is find a job so whatever goal it is to be... I must put on emergery mode and find a new job...

Today i cooked western dinner... Beef bolognese with spagetti... Whats for tml dinner???
