The StoRy Of 2 SuNs N a MoOn...

The Sun is my accounting manager cos she 照着我... If anything i hide behind her... The Moon is our FC... The day before yesterday, afternoon she came back fuming from the Moon room... Cos our Moon say that ask us to send all the payments to philipines and do so we no need to do... He ask her why she is still doing this but it is urgent... So yesterday, my sun not happy say we shall not pay anything from now on all throw to philipines and ask everyone to wait... Cos our Moon say why she so like to do when he ask us not to do... She say its not we like to do its people ask us to help and urgent so we do for them...

My poor colleague so unlucky came a day late and she need an urgent payment for bus transport for a bunch of our people from overseas... She needs to pay the company tomorrow after they take the bus... My Sun tell my colleague to get her Sun to email our Moon say its urgent can pay or not? Cos Moon is not in town... Eventually, our Moon hide and reply all other email but that one... I told my colleague, if no cheque tomorrow you draw big banner and say welcome to one day road trip... Then they also going for cruise which i paid half deposit... I told her either half group go up then the other half stay on shore or take halfway then ask them to swim back hahaha... She tell me later i put ur face on the banner and tell them all these stupid ideas are thought by our this colleague...

Another thing i did was i receive 4 renewal for employment pass forms... I mass email to the 4 person without thinking who they are... Then when my boss wasn't around this guy came... He told me he is here for the renewal form... I ask him you are??? Then i gave him the form and he sit down and fill it up and left happily... After my boss came back i tell her about the incident and his name... Then my boss laugh say he is partner which is one of the big boss and i actually got him to come to see me instead of me going to see him... Lucky, he doesn't mind hahaha...

Again after 4 days of searching then i manage to telly my bank and book... N with the help of my boss... But this time she need not spend half the day tellying for me only about an hr... I manage to guess most of them this time... Shall try to improve next time... Learnt that some entries that wasn't book or shown are salary... Spend the day looking through 300 pages of papers for figures to fill up some information...

Today, we had some gals gossip in the office...We came to a conclusion that this colleague must be dun know how to take care of other people that's why he is single... Hahaha... How we know he is single??? Cos all the consultants went overseas for retreat and one of us got a list of names which will state if they are bringing any spouses or significant others and he brought none... Why that conclusion? Cos once i saw him at the mrt... Then the train vv full i told him i think we can't get in... But then he shouted at the people and squeeze the whole way in leaving me at the door but luckily i found my way into the train... Isn't it by right that guys should let the gal go in first???...

I want to strangle the people in MSSC...

Finally closing is done... Had a partly free day today... Except for the usual preparing the invoices and expense claims at 3 plus to send to the shared services (MSSC)... This morning i have my nick on msn as i want to strangle the people in MSSC...

Reasons being: They make me find high and low, crack my brains to find an invoice for them when its with them... We need at least the vendor name or invoice number to search for the invoice they gave me some rubbish information stating the description and some weird document number none of what i need... Lucky i thought to try to search by amount and hope that amount not a few hundred entries is gonna come up but they gave me CNY dollars and not SGD dollars so to no available... Finally, after thinking for a day yesterday today they gave me something else and luckily that one came with SGD dollars and i manage to hit jackpot by coincident... Then i saw the date as apr then i went to search the files 2 times but no such entry... Finally saw that it was booked in sept which is still with them... Waste my whole morning and a few hours yesterday...

Not only so they were the culprits for why i end up unable to match my bank and account balance... Cos they either pay and forgot to book or book and forget to pay... So where can dun feel like strangling them... My boss keep saying i want to go email them scold them... Waste our time...

Finally, timesheet closing is 90% done... Wait tml should be all done... Then i can go guess the bank reconciliation again hehe... Aiming to do better this time... Fingers cross cross... Spend 4 days the last time... I hope its 2 this time...

Some funny things about time sheet... Everyone is suppose to charge our hours of work to a charge code... Something was wrong with our server and a lot of timesheets wasn't receive... This guy email us and tell us he send 30 times and still never get through... So suay person... My colleague this ang moh more funny, he charged his MC to some funny charge code that description came up as short term disability... Lucky, he only went on MC for 4 days or he might have chosen long term disability... Hahaha... Quite cute looking what a waste if go on long term disability hehehe...

This other colleague say her boss going to take tiger air and know what she say he going to fly tiger... Then my manager say ya fly the tiger... Later get eaten by tiger hahaha...

I am trying to find someone i saw in the pantry today... Don't know sit where... hehehe...

Thought that closing is around the 1st november then nothing much to do... Its so not the case... I finally finish AP closing... But then have to figure out timesheet closing cos i never do before so a lot of time is spend figuring out which step to do next... My AP when i want to post then realise a lot of vendor is not found, the names in the system and on the transaction is different... Have to pay differently one by one USD and SGD...

I am so super blur... Wednesday morning this gal Nora called me say she got expense claim forget to put into the claim box then ask me to call her when i go open the box... I totally forgot her name and i dun know how i came up with the name Yuni... I went to the recept cos the box is at the recep and so coincident our recept is on MC so another gal was there to replace her... I went to her and ask "Do you know who is Yuni?" It turns out that she is Yuni then i ask her if she called me this morning but she say no... So we guess another gal called Yani then we called the gal and she say no... Then i was die liao who called this morning... Lucky, this called came out and say i called you and i am Nora... Goodness that wasn't the only thing she say she lives near my place and take bus the time she saw me i also dun recognise her...

I did this cancellation of employment pass for this guy mohit i dun know why i remembered his name as Harbit... End of the day, he never come pick up his passport after it was done then i tell my manager that Harbit never come and collect his passport then she started laughing then i was ??? After that then realise i remember wrong name cos she say u help people change name...

Friday, this gal kept calling from Taipei while we were trying to try my password login for this software to no available... She vv dumb... She tell me 2 companies name and say the total amount is blah blah in SGD... Then when i check for her and email her the amount she still reply me and ask if its SGD or USD... But she already know its SGD when she email me... Then cos one of the names she gave me is not found in the system i ask her for it after she reply me keep calling up... So super fan...

Then the funny thing was we were actually emailing the helpdeak for my password again then the helpdesk called up but i never pick up thinking its her calling again using different phone number cos i was not picking up the phone... My manager say u turn smart never pick up the phone who knows we got an email from the helpdesk say we tried calling you but u were not at the desk... Hahaha...

That silly helpdesk also vv funny... Cos its ID or password not right... Then the only error message is the invalid id/password also ask us to print screen let them see when they can see nothing... Then they still think they vv smart cc so many people then my manager cc all of them back let them see how "smart" their worker is... Hehehe... The both of us were laughing like siao... These dumb people...
