Change environment or urself?

My friend's nick has it that write: If u have a choice will you change environment or urself? My answer is definitely change environment... Cos i don't see anything wrong with myself... Why must i change myself to fit environment?... Everyone is an unique entity... I don't like to play fake... I hate people who are so 假... Be urself is important as it affects ur whole personal being... N even if there something wrong with me, i will still change the environment... Make until myself not happy as if the environment will be happier... That's crazy thinking... I will look older... I might die of heart attack cos it will feel so tired... So 委曲求全 for what... That is not right... U only have so long a life span in the world... So its no point being unhappy... If i waste so much of the time being unhappy then why live?...

I've been talking about quiting since forever... The thing is not only my colleagues say want to quit... Some of my uni friends also habour the thoughts of quiting... I throw letter already then i got to know one of my uni friend Rain also did the same... Few are still indecisive and in their jobs...
